Stick to a white-teeth diet – try avoiding the major causes of coffee stains like coffee, red wine and cigarettes.
Invest in a tongue scraper – bacteria can build up on the surface of your tongue and cause damage to your teeth, so make it part of your daily oral hygiene routine.
Eat foods that help your teeth – foods like apples and popcorn (or any food with a hard surface) can actually work to break down stains on teeth.
Replace that overused toothbrush – make sure that you replace your toothbrush or electric head every 2-3 months to ensure that your teeth are actually getting the best clean.
Use some unconventional (yet tested) methods – you might not realize that gargling with apple cider vinegar or brushing with baking soda will help bring our your teeth’s inner whiteness!
Floss as much as you can – bring extra floss with you wherever you go so you can floss after each meal and prevent stuck-on food from damaging your teeth.
Make oral health part of your schedule – brushing and flossing should be the first thing you do when you wake up and the last thing you do before bed.
